PTS Aviation, Inc. proudly announces that David F. Blackburn has been named partner within the PTS organization. David has been appointed the title of Chief Trading Officer, primarily focusing on whole engine acquisitions and sales. David joined the PTS Aviation team just a little over one year ago, and has strategically and successfully managed twelve fully-configured CFM56-5A1F/5A3 engines in the past nine months (including the sales and leasing of eight whole engines to date). David received his Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has worked for companies including Hawaiian Airlines, America West Airlines, Southwest Airlines and GE Aviation.
David brings extensive experience in engine/aircraft management and engine leasing.
